The agency shall provide security arrangements for KV Roing building & the campus located at the above mentioned address with effect from the date of signing of the agreement. The agency would undertake to engage, employ and provide the requisite number of trained security personnel for the purpose as mentioned and also be responsible for payment of their emoluments and dues, discipline and work. The entire responsibility for providing safety and security for the said building and the assets in and outside the rooms and premises is of the agency and the KV ROING will not be liable to pay anything for the security lapses as provided. The Agency will be responsible for any loss of property etc. The entire cost of the loss caused due to negligence of duty of the persons employed by the Agency will be charged from the Agency. The Agency shall provide complete and continuous security measures throughout 24 hours by changing the personnel in rotation or replacement once in every eight hours. The contract is strictly for a period of one year from the date of signing of the contract. It may be extended for one more year with the consent of both the parties, strictly based on the outstanding performance of the work done in the first year of contract by the contractor.
